Terms and conditions

  1. All parents are required to read and explain to their participating camper Children the rules and regulations as mentioned here in the “Terms and Conditions”
  2. The language spoken at camp is English/Marathi, so a basic knowledge of these languages is a pre-requisite.
  3. The Organiser reserve the right, at their discretion, to remove any camper who violate the terms and conditions mentioned herein. If this occurs, no reduction or return of camp fee, or any part thereof will be made.
  4. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, parent confirms his/her acceptance that his/her child may be pictured/photographed during the camp activities and that such material can be used by Organiser and/or its business partners for promotion or marketing of summer camping.
  5. In the even that parent cannot be reached in an emergency when child is under Camp supervision, by accepting these Terms and Condition, the parent gives permission to the physician selected by the camp to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and/or order injections, anesthesia, or surgery for the child, if needed in emergency situations.
  6. Campers may be examined by a licensed health care provider, who will complete the Summer Camp Health Examination. Any medical or dietary needs must be made known to the camp management prior to child's arrival.
  7. All prescription medicine provided by a licensed Doctor for any camper must be given to the camp staff upon arrival of camper with instructions in Marathi / English.
  8. All campers personal belongings are their own responsibility. Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, designer clothes, shoes, watches, etc., should not be brought to the camp.
  9. All Campers at Summer Camp are prohibited from bringing or using all non-vegetarian food, tobacco products, alcohol and drugs of any kind.
  10. No electronic equipment, including but not limited to: mobile phones, Laptop, Tab, computers, TVs and video games are allowed at camp.
  11. Parents agree to discuss constructive concerns, if any, regarding Summer Camp, camp staff behaviour or Organiser policies with Summer Camp Organiser.
  12. Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, as a result of negligent action of their child. The cost of damage shall be decided by the Organiser or its business partners.
  13. Parent and camper acknowledge that there are risks involved in horse riding and confirm that participant is fully aware of the same and accept those risks. That these risks and activities in general can cause property damage, bodily and personal fatal injuries, of campers. The Summer camp staff is fully trained to avoid any such risks, however in a rare incident of any accident occurring during horse riding session the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any eventualities / accidents that may occur due to the said risks except if the same occur due to negligence of the Camp staff.
  14. This is a non-residential summer camp which means that there is no residing facility at the camping site for the campers. The campers will have to arrive each day at the camp site at 6:45 AM in the morning and go back to their homes at 11.15 AM in the morning. The Organiser shall provide a transporting mini bus or any other vehicle for picking up the campers from their homes in morning and leaving back the campers at their homes in the afternoon each day. The Campers shall have to pay charges for such transport facility at the rates fixed by the Organiser. The Campers have the option to reach the camping site by their own transport means if they do not wish to opt for the transport facility provided by the Organiser.
  15. If any Camper has any physical disability or disease or other health issue due to which he / she cannot participate in a particular activity arranged by the summer camp then his / her parent should inform in writing the camp staff at the time of filling this form and also inform in writing and give to the camp staff the medicines to be given to the child camper in case of his health issue arises during the camp period of 10 days.
  16. The Organiser shall provide Breakfast and drinking water to the campers the cost of which is included in the camp fees. The campers may bring their own additional food and water if they want but non-vegetarian food, alcohol, cigarettes or any other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited within the camping site.
  17. Parents of campers shall not be allowed to stay at the camping site during the entire day session of summer camp and shall be allowed only to visit the camp site for dropping or pickup of their children campers.
  18. Delay of maximum one hour shall be allowed for dropping or pickup of children campers and in case of excess delay in dropping camper in morning, participation in between a particular activity or repeating of activity for that camper shall not be allowed and in case of excess delay in pickup in evening the Organiser shall call the parents and take a decision on how to make arrangement for the camper to safely reach his home.
  19. The Parents of children campers shall be provided with mobile number of camp staff and Organiser to contact in case of any emergency.
  20. In case any child camper discontinues the summer camp for any reason whatsoever at any time within the 10 days of summer camp then the Organiser shall not be responsible to adjust any further camping days by extending the summer camp period or refund any balance amount of camp fees.
  21. The Organiser reserves its rights to cancel any particular activity of the summer camp mentioned hereinabove due to any unforeseen reasons or force major reasons not within the control of the Organiser or camp staff, without any prior notice to the camper or their parents and the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding upon the campers and their parents and refund of camp fees for cancellation of any particular activity shall not be done.
  22. Each camper shall be provided with an Identity card to be kept by the campers during camping period for purpose of identifying campers and showing details if any camper is to be excluded from any specific activity due to health reasons and mentioning any specific health issue of the campers.
  23. The campers shall not throw any garbage, empty bottles, mineral water bottles, disposable cups, plates, spoons, empty packets of food, biscuits etc. and any food leftovers within the camping site. All the said waste and garbage should be thrown by the campers in the dustbins provided by the Organiser or camp staff.
  24. In case of any dispute arising with regards to anything related to or collateral to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions, the same will be subject to Courts of Pune Jurisdiction for all purposes.
